Welcome to East Park!
East Park is divided into multiple neighborhoods with independent homeowner's associations. The Homeowner's Association is responsible for ensuring that the community bylaws are followed, maintenance of common areas (including Holiday Park), and managing contracts and improvements to the community. In addition, the East Park area falls into the East Park Community Development District, or CDD. Funds for the CDD are included in the annual Orange County property tax assessment. East Park is in Orlando city limits. East Park consists of seven neighborhoods.
